Now you will be able to create and manage your signature. You will have three options here: you can upload the scanned copy of your signature like a picture, use any of the standard forms of signature present on DocuSign or draw a new digital signature using the mouse. Apart from your own digital signature, you will also be asked to create an initial signature for as part of your digital identity. You will also be able to use this page for setting up different signatures for different people. These signatures can be used when required in the future.

Whenever you want to sign a document, simply click on “Sign a Document Now” button. The documents can be uploaded straight from your computer or from any cloud servers on the internet. Lots of file formats are also supported by DocuSign. Simply add the documents that you want to get signed and click on “Sign Button”. You will be asked to choose the type of signature, the size of signature as well as the page/ portion of document to be signed. You can also add other details to the document, such as date, first name, full name, address, phone number, etc.

Once the documents are signed, click on the “Finish Button” and your document will be sent to the desired recipient. You can now download this signed document as a PDF file or ZIP file onto your computer.
